Isabelle Carr
‘The drawings explore the sculptural potential of space shaped by time in China, where urban landscapes act as living palimpsests, continuously scraped back and overwritten. Through lines that are laid down, revised or removed, the drawings document the instability of the urban surface and the weight that they carry.’
